he Renaissance Tower is located at 801 K Street in the downtown government district of Sacramento, CA. Completed in 1988, the 28 story, (394,330 square feet) tower was the tallest building in the city when completed and is constructed of a steel frame glass curtain wall structure. The first floor encompasses a large remodeled lobby with marble floors and walls. There are 6 elevators to the office tower and a separate bank of two elevators to the parking garage. The garage levels are from P2 through P7 and the general office space is on floors 8 through 28. The building is Energy Star Labeled and for the last several years has a LEED Certified-Platinum Level.
